you know I actually logged off and put my lappie away already.. But after I did that I was praying over some stuff, and taking Yan's advice and telling God just how much I love Him, and this hit me.. it hit me so hard that I had to come online and blog about it. I duno how relevant this is to you people out there or how often it actually happens or if it's just me, but I realized that everyday when I pray I always thank God for this thank God for that, praise You for this and that, and pray for this and that. One thing I don't remember telling Him in my prayers is how much I love Him! I mean, even something as basic as that!


I started thinking about how I say "I love you" so often.. to my close friends, to my family, to my brothers and sisters in Christ. "love ya" ; "missing ya" etcetera, then I asked myself: How often do I tell God "I love you" or "I miss you"? I think of how many times I say I love you to my dad! My father on earth... How much more should I tell my Jesus how much I love him? Not as if my daddy here doesn't already know I love him, but still, everyday I tell him I love him. What more God? I'm sure God knows how much I love Him -- He probably knows how much I love Him even better than I do! That shouldn't stop me from telling Him how much I love Him! It's just this sudden revelation that hit me.


Then I also thought about how many times I told my ex "I love you".. Althoguh I never once did put any of them before my Heavenly Father, it startled me to realize how much more I told them "I love you" than I did to God! Wow. It's not that I say those three words flippantly, even though I say them a lot I do mean it everytime I say it. All the more I should tell God I love you!

You know there was once this lil girl whose father wondered, "If I weren't doing the job I am, if I weren't as successful, if I weren't able to send my child overseas, would she still love me?".
