Hey people!


Wow it's been like..10 days since I last blogged! So many things have happened in the last 10 days >< It's gonna be so hard to blog everything (and I have to make it quick because I'm actually at Hannah's place, supposedly studying, but i'm waiting for her to shower first) in one entry. I'll just stuff in major events I guess.. Anyway the most recent AND major event... DINNER! (just a couple of minutes ago..heh) Hannah's mum is an awesome cook! Her chicken rice is just so yummmmmyyyy.. I think I'll put on tonnes of weight if I continue to stayover here like that. *grins*


Alright, on a more serious note. On the 8th and 9th of June we had our Beautiful Woman event!! It was fantastic! We had guest Ps, Evangelist Chris Hill -- he is SUCH an anointed man of God! So many lives were touched! And I got so many things out of the seminar/event/thingamy (: It was so good that I ordered the dvd of all the sessions in Beautiful Woman! I'm bringing it along with me when I go back to Singapore (most probably) so those who wanna watch it (and you really don't want to miss out on this) let me know okay! We'll see what we can work out. hehe..


Here I wanna stop and share something >< Basically, I know many girls are having this problem, which I had before Beautiful Woman as well. It's the "I'm fat" problem. Haha. >< It's normal, I admit ^^ Can't help it right, at this age, we naturally look out for cute guys (and thus hope that cute guys are looking out for us pretty ladies too)-and hopefully that didn't sound too ditzy or bimbotic-but yea back to the topic, because of this it makes us overly conscious of ourselves and the people around us. Which leads us to be kinda.. well, lets say, critical of our looks and all that. Well just a couple of weeks back I started to feel fat (oh where have I heard that before) and ugly and non-worthy of anything (you know that mood) and the first night of Beautiful Woman, during worship, I felt God scolding me. LIKE OHMIGOSH! HOw scary is that. Well, basically yea, he said how dare you insult my creation, my beautiful creation. I was likeeee zooomiigooshhh *shuts up*. Haha.. And from then the diet stopped and everything. I just wanna encourage us girls to see us through Jesus' eyes! Not just the girls, in fact, some guys have this problem too. I mean, of course its good to dress up, doll up, look pretttyyy but we must not be dissatisfied with ourselves in our hearts! BECAUSE WE ARE BEAUTIFUL(and handsome, whichever is applicable)! Yes, YOU, YOU, YOU, YOU and YOU... and YOU.. and YOU!!! Awesome? (: AWEEESOME!


On the 10th June (Sunday) Ps Chris Hill was speaking for both services in Shakers! It was such a powerpacked weekend for me! Beautiful Woman on fri and sat, then sunday I stayed for both services with Ps C.Hill,and you know what was awesomeeee? He preached two different messages in both services, and they were all relevant..! Really shows that God never stops speaking to you.. and what's more they're not from passages in the bible that I haven't heard before -- they're all familiar passages, yet I learn something new from it! *nudge nudge* People who have read the bible from cover to cover, pleaseeee don't think that that is all there is to it!! KEEP ON READING cuz you'll always get new things from it each time you read it (:

Alright, so I just had my drama exam today (Hannah screams "Hello hello hello, hello world!") and it was freeaaakkkyyy. Well, thank God, I went for a power walk up and down the corridor of Evan Burge bldg before I actualy went in for the drama exam, because I was seriously freaking OUT. And God calmed my heart *phew* but when I went in I actually got nervous again. At least I got myself calmed down BEFORE that. Can you imagine if I had gone in panicky, and done the whole thing and got even more panickY? GEE. That would have been awful. But anyways,I prayed before the exam so in faith, I'm sure I did great (= Since I did put in effort, and I did commit it to God, therefore I am safe (:. HA! (Somebody say AMEN)


Anywayy, I have this family friend back home (my mum's friend, actually) who's not feeling well, but PRAISE GOD she is SO much better now! (Somebody say Hallelujah) whee. What can I say? Living testimony of the power of prayer. Okay I gotta scoot off already Hannah's DONE BATHING and I like the smell of her hair (okay that just sounded wrong) and she said "that just creeps me out" but I'm sure you guys don't need a running commentary of this so. CIAO! (:
